Tied By Style, Three Threads Ft. The February Boy
Hello! What’s up with you guys? We have recently been working on a lot of new collaborations. In this post The February Boy talks about collaboration with Indian threads. It is a trio of casual, semi-formal & formal which is a grab deal for the upcoming festive season. This is what we call a combination of style, elegance and comfort.
For thousands of years, flowers and nature have inspired poets and artists to create some of the beautiful and timeless masterpieces the world has ever seen. Yet, every year for as long as we can remember, fashion makers large and small roll out at least one floral dress shirts as part of their spring/summer men’s collection. But even if you can get the weather to cooperate, a floral print shirt is never going to fly at the office unless it’s really sedate (and it’s also Casual Friday). Those who have been following my blog would know that I have been talking about this for a while. The significance of this apparel is self explanatory to every man’s wardrobe. So to create a solemn look, I’ve style this floral printed shirt with dark trousers which gives it a decorous look with the blazer being cherry on the cake. To complete the look I’m wearing tan shoes which is perfect for this season as they’re vibrant and incredibly versatile.
PS- A dark blue blazer could prove particularly beneficial. Plus, with a few months left before the temperature starts to pick up again, you’ll get plenty of use out of it.
The New Neutral (BURGUNDY) fits somewhere between versatile neutral and statement colour. Burgundy has quickly become a got-to for street style, as it is easy to look stylish without trying too hard. Burgundy pairs well with other on-trend colors and a variety of different patterns, meaning it can be easily adapted to suit your own personal style.I personally like this look very much because it is fresh and new to look at. It’s ironic how a simple shirt with a vibrant color can totally make a difference in your style. Keeping things smart, denim added warmth & depth to dark ensembles with espadrilles.
If you’re in any doubt, it’s always better to be on the casual side. This casual look is simple yet classy for the upcoming party season. Here I’m wearing a shirt from the recent collection of Indian threads which I totally love. This shirt is not only perfect for the days when you want to look sharp and stylish but also it can be easily paired with various options. I’ve style this subtle printed shirt with my beige linen pants, this combination is really cool & sophisticated. This shirt can also be paired with light denims, white trouser depending on your personal style. For footwear go for anything too laid back as you’re going for more relaxed. Black Loafers are ideal as they give a clean finish and can be matched easily with jeans or chinos. Even if you pair them with smart they’ll be able to create a look that’s more relaxed.
